Pond Maintenance

Truth is the amount of time spent maintaining a water feature is less time needed than if it was grass. It’s true! We install Ponds, Pondless systems and fountains. A pondless waterfall is the least maintenance of all our systems. Some people prefer to treat their water feature like their lawn, and hire a service to take care of it! In those cases, we can provide monthly, quarterly, twice a year or yearly services. We want to work with you. We can teach you to maintain or we can simply do the stuff you don’t have time to do or don’t want to do.

Rainwater Harvesting

A nice beautiful rain. It is very important for our plants and trees. Well, for us too. Water must have a commodity. And it is often taken for granted. A rainwater harvesting system is basically a holding tank under ground, where rainwater is collected from lawn drains, downspouts, roofs of houses, etc, and then recirculated via a water feature. This keeps the water from getting stagnant, and deoxygenates it. There is a booster pump installed that allows you to use this to water the garden, wash the car, or any other (non potable) need.

LED Lighting

Having a water feature changes your yard significantly. As much impact as it has in the day, you can’t imagine the difference that LED lights make in the evening. When the sun is starting to go down, the lights flick on and it takes your breath for just a second. The water looks like little gold droplets bouncing down the waterfall. The fish swim in and around the lights, allowing you to see the bright colors and flowing tails. This is especially nice when it is very cold outside and you can enjoy all of that movement from inside a warm house.
